Transportation Tag

PLEASE READ AND COMPLETE: 

 

In order for us to ensure a safe and smooth dismissal for all students, please fill out the information on the tag below.   

Cut the tag out and pin it to your child on the first day school. 

Teachers will send home transportation information with your child on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.  Please fill out that paperwork and return it to school the very next day. If your child is a bus rider we are asking that you put them on the bus the FIRST DAY of school as NO parent/ guardian will be allowed to enter the building with their child. By doing this we can tag your child for PM when they get off the bus. 

Your child’s teacher WILL contact you prior to the start of school to gather this information from you. 

The bus routes and times are being worked out by our transportation department, so please watch for additional information on our school and district websites as well as our school and district Facebook pages.
