Mrs. Blazio

Mrs. Blazio is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a certified Elementary teacher with 14 years of experience in the school setting. Mrs. Blazio serves as the RTI (Response to Intervention) Chairperson, 504 Coordinator, and the School Test Coordinator. Mrs. Blazio works very closely with teachers, parents, and students to help students develop socially and emotionally and remove any barriers they have to learning. The goal of a School Counselor is to ensure that students are happy, healthy, and successful! As a School Counselor, Mrs. Blazio is able to address academic, social/emotional, and behavioral needs. Mrs. Blazio provides individual and small group counseling to help students achieve academic success. Mrs. Blazio’s door is always open, and she looks forward to working with our families at Lacoste Elementary.
